His adorable underbite and cleft lip make Tigger all the more endearing!  This extremely cute pup is a Shi Tzu and Poodle mix who is  1  1/2 years old.   He was surrendered to us by his owner due to allergies in the home.  Tigger is great with children and would make a wonderful family pet!
