Look at our beautiful little Phoebe! This poor girl was found wrapped up in a blanket on the sidewalk. She seemed to have just had a litter recently, so she was probably used for breeding and then dumped =( Phoebe is a lap dog and loves to be held and is very sweet with everyone she meets!
