“This is the story of a pup named Noah, a sweet boy who had a rough life. He was found wandering in the street, covered with mats, eyes crusty from infection, and severely emaciated. A stick was embedded deeply into his fur, as well as shards of metal that had to be removed.
Noah is an 8-10 year old Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu mix. He is mostly deaf on top of being blind. Noah has been neutered, groomed and examined by a veterinarian. He’s a wonderful, brave boy awaiting his forever home. He is being cared for in a foster home for now.”
