This pit mix pup Was found in queens this past Monday. No Collar. No chip. He appeared malnourished and looked neglected. We brought him to great neck animal hospital. He was thoroughly checked out. He is less than 1 yr old. Slightly underweight. Not neutered and has mange which is successfully being treated by vet. A friend of mine has paid for his boarding and treatment thus far but will be bringing him to shelter tomorrow am. Town of north hempstead. We call him lucky because he was found the day before the recent storm on Martin Luther day. He is affectionate and loving and was not aggressive when in the vets waiting room filled with other animals. Vet did bloodwork and there are no health issues other than the mange. He looks like he has been through a lot yet is still such a good boy. My cell is 516 313 8508.
