Charlie was surrendered by his owner who could no longer care for him. He was severely neglected and in very poor shape when we met him. He’s a new dog now after a bath, groom, nail trim and lots of tender loving care!

Charming Charlie is an 8 year old Shih Tzu/Poodle who loves people and cuddling on comfy warm laps. This sweet and lovable guy likes dogs and cats, too! He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. He is currently at our Atlas (Queens) location.
