A sweeter and friendlier pup you will not find! Charlie came to us after having been rescued from a difficult situation. When he was vetted and groomed, we discovered a happy and extremely affectionate little dog beneath his heavily matted coat!

As we got to know Charlie, we discovered he loves to take walks, nap in his bed, and lounge on loving laps. He likes rides in the car and is well behaved in almost all situations. He is good with children, other dogs and even cats. However, his favorite thing to do is to be with his human. This good boy loves company and will flourish in a home where he will not be alone for long amounts of time. A stay-at-home parent will be just the thing for him!

Charlie is an approximately 7 year old Shih Tzu mix who is neutered, up to date on his vaccines and microchipped. He is currently at our Atlas location, 80-36 Cooper Ave., Glendale, and ready to be your new best friend! Please keep in mind that our adoptions are local only (Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan).
