Carter is an adorable Chihuahua who has had very little contact with people. He loves other small dogs and will need to go home with one. We prefer an experienced owner who can help little Carter learn to trust people. He hasn’t walked on a leash and is fearful of the outside world right now. He will need house training and requires patience and a calm environment.

Cute Carter is 1 year old and up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heart worm negative and will be neutered upon adoption. He is currently at our Atlas (Queens) location.
