Carmella was tied to the fence of our shelter in the middle of the night with another dog Tony. They were both missing almost all their fur from neglect. They were both so frightened when they came in, they hid in their kennels and wouldn’t walk on a leash. We had to carry them to the car to take them to the vet ;( But this is all in the past! Carmella is now a friendly, healthy, and social dog that is more than ready to go to her furever home! She is a shelter favorite because of her calm personality. Carmella loves to be near people, especially when she gets petted. All of her fur has grown back in and she has been spayed.
