He is a 1 1/2 year old kitty who recently came to our shelter from a difficult hoarding situation.
Ruggers is now safe with us. He endured some rough times but is now ready to start his life over with a new family. His gorgeous golden eyes will melt your heart!
Ruggers is neutered, microchipped, negative for FIV/FELV and up to date on all vaccines.
