Niki

Niki is a 6 1/2 year old brown tabby with white markings who was found as a stray.  This poor guy was in very bad shape when a caring volunteer rescued him. He was all alone outside suffering with a ruptured eye. This eye eventually had to be removed. A few months later, his other eye was also removed. So now Niki has no eyes, but this certainly doesn’t stop him from being an awesome cat in every way!

Let’s start with his bird “watching”. Niki doesn’t need his eyes to enjoy a good birdwatch! Next, let’s talk about bath time. Niki will find a nice sunny spot when he wants to give himself a major bath, and sit comfortably washing himself in the sun. This guy will then go on adventures around the house because he loves to explore! Does this sound like a blind cat to you? Niki also knows his name and will come when called, and he loves rubbing all over his special people to show affection.

Niki is neutered, negative for FIV/FELV, and has recently had a major dental with most of his teeth pulled out. He is not afraid of dogs or cats, but would prefer to live in a calm home where he can be the center of attention. If you would like to meet this awesome cat, please email adopt@bobbicares.org for further information and to set up a meeting.
