Charlie is a petite kitty who was thrown out of a car in front of the shelter. She was very scared when she first came in and used to hide, but has since come out of her shell! Charlie is very playful and so darn cute! She runs around the shelter, trilling, trying to find someone to play with. She is so affectionate and has a spunky personality!
