Lil Billie Joel is here to add some beautiful music to your life with his chirps and purrs!  His playful kitten will surely make you smile!  Billie Joel was born to proud Mama Billie at our shelter along with her 6 little siblings. He must be adopted with another kitten or go to a home with a young (under 3 years) and playful kitty.
