Lola was rescued off the streets of LIC by one of our volunteers late one night. She was emaciated and had a tumor on her jaw. we took her to the vet and had the tumor removed and biopsied- it was negative! YAY! Lola has since put on weight and is healthy and happy. Lola is the sweetest dog and gets along with other dogs and kids as you can see in the pictures above 🙂 She is about 4-5 years old and has been vaccinated, spayed and microchipped.
